Set in 4 acres of land, it offers a large infinity pool (200 sqm) with view over the sea and the green Irminio Natural Reserve, and a large movie theater with bar and dining area. The rooms of the warehouse are now comfortable apartments, recently renovated (May 2014), with terrace and panoramic view, furnished in a vintage and modern style, with original elements inspired by the movie theater history. Description- Stromboli The apartment (40 sqm), with an independent entrance, is located on the ground floor and offers a furnished terrace with panoramic view (23sqm). The interiors are furnished in a modern creative and refined style, with vintage furnishings. The accommodation consists of a living area, a kitchenette and a bedroom. The colorful living room is enhanced by white natural stone walls and offers a sofa bed, satellite television and a DVD player. A kitchenette with gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, and a corner with chairs and dining table. A bathroom with shower to serve the living area. A double bedroom, carried out on a wooden loft, with an en suite bathroom and shower. Hot/cold conditioning system in each room. Internet wi-fi connection. Wide parking area inside the resort with a shower outside. The resort has a laundry corner to share with the other apartments, including washing machine, dryer and accessories for laundry.

Wonderful surroundings, great house. The pool is super clean and just beautiful. Vincenzo was great, he made us feel at home and helped with any questions we had. We will definitely come back.

Es ist auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt wert. Allein die Aussicht vom Pool und der Terrasse aufs Meer ist unbeschreiblich! Das gesamte Gelände ist sehr gepflegt und Vincenco kümmert sich super um alles! Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität!
This is a fabulous location, with beautiful views over farmland to the sea, which is a short drive away. We were greeted by Vincenzo who is the caretaker for the property - Stromboli is one of 5 or 6 apartments. The apartment is spacious - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen facilities are limited - 2 gas rings, no freezer or dishwasher - but you can arrange to use the barbecue next to the pool for more ambitious meals. There are also lots of good places to eat an easy drive away - the recommendations in the guide are excellent. We had a few hiccups - the TV didn't work for the first few days, and there were occasional interruptions to electricity and water - but Vincenzo was always on hand to sort things out. The swimming pool is amazing, it looks great in the picture and is even better in reality. The perfect location for a quiet, relaxing break in the beautiful Sicilian countryside.

Different cultural and musical events characterize the summer season of this town whose popularity hits the highest level during the feast of Santa Maria di Porto Salvo. Every 15th of August, the statue of the Virgin is led in procession on a fishing boat followed by other small boats.
We are localized in South-East Sicily, in the “baroque” heart of “Val di Noto”, Unesco Heritage.
Thanks to the strategic position of Marina di Ragusa, it is possible to visit all the main tourist sites in the area.
You can reach Ragusa Ibla (25 km), Scicli (12 km), Modica (30 km), Noto (70 km) and all the settings of “Commissario Montalbano” (the famous character of a tv series based on the novels by Andrea Camilleri).
You can also make some daily excursions to the Mount Etna (135 km), to the “Valle dei Templi” and Scala dei Turchi in Agrigento (139 km). You can also easily arrive to Siracusa (106 km) and Taormina (182 Km), both famous for their archaeological ruins and Greek theatres. The Port of Pozzallo is quite close (32 km), and it offers many connections to Malta by ferries.
