NOT GOOD!!! the address that they put incorrectly, I contacted them so that they would give me the exact address and their response was very slow, the bathroom sink was spilling water through the tube so my clothes got wet. At night I rented them a scooter, they gave me the keys because of the darkness, they cannot see the scooter until the next day, the scooter in TERRIBLE condition, speed and gasoline signals did not work, the seat was broken, the brakes were very hard and the part in front difficult to control because of how bad it was. I remember they told me (if you do any damage to the scooter you will have to pay) that scooter could not be more damaged. I filled the gas tank and went to my destination and returned so in total I only had it for 4 hours and using it for no more than an hour, I asked them to change the scooter and they told me that if I wanted them to change it I had to pay again, the room has open ceiling edges and you can hear everything that goes on outside.

Wayan and has family were a superb host. view from the room was beautiful. I also had an accident and Wayan was kind enough to send me to the cheaper option to get me medically sorted. would stay here again

Really nice rooms! Really. Very good breakfast and nice invitation drink. That is end of pros. Cons. Map location was in middle of Jemeluk Bay. It is not! Better check google before. It is not far away 1.1 Km east but in remote place, with ugly way down to rocky beach. Thanks Good coral was there!!! I paid for room with terrace and arrived late. Owner gave it to someone and have all rooms like that booked. Got refund 100K IDR for 2 nights. I don't like to argue with people so accepted. But this is lie and not get what you paid for. I choose this place only because of this three reasons - map location middle of Jemeluk Bay, terrace and affordable price. It was our last stop, so wanted to rest a little. I didn't get what I paid for so my opinion is low and please be aware!!! Practice like that have to be punished ! 2/5

Отличное место для отдыха. Удобное расположение для тех кому не сложно пройтись немного по лестнице. Можно заниматься снорклингом прямо с ближайшего пляжа. Прекрасный вид на море с террасы на море, закат и рассвет. Очень гостеприимные и адекватные хозяева.

The hospitality is top notch. You’re treated with kindness and respect. The views from the room are also amazing. The sunrise/sunsets are worth it alone. A bit of a walk to other parts of Amed, a scooter is recommended (but not needed).
