位于古城外幽静的居民区，但交通非常便利。公寓非常舒适，被精心设计。你能在楼下的院子体验到宁静的休憩时光，并且很有童趣。如果再拜访里加，这里一定会是首选！

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable, there is ample storage space and there is plenty of hot water. The apartment is in a building set back from the road and the windows look out on to a large courtyard which has gravel, grass, and trees so is a very pleasant and generally quiet setting. There is a small bar in the building at the front with a garden area in the courtyard so, on a warm evening, patrons sit outside and chat but this didn't go on after about 10.30pm. Bus and tram stops are very close by, there are two big parks nearby and down the road is an excellent indoor market with an upstairs food hall. Ivita was a prompt, flexible and very helpful communicator before and during my stay. The apartment was ideal for me (my son and family live around the corner) so I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a homely stay in Riga.

Ivita's place was lovely. It was decorated beautifully, all the amenities worked and it was comfortable in cold weather. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the bus stop and a park. Ivita herself was always very responsive, helpful and friendly. I have no complaints!

It is a very beautiful, cozy place in a great location. Even though it is close to the city centre and transports, it felt private and secure. We stayed rhere for a week, so it was a lovely plave to call home while visiting Latvia! Communication was easy and good. Paldies, Ivita!

Really cute, cozy apartment, I felt at home right away. Ivita is very helpful and communication with her was always smooth and uncomplicated. Deffo would come here again!
