This home was cute and homey. It was in a great area to walk to everything we needed- restaurants, coffee shops, bike rental shop, etc. Kate was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Kate for making our week in Missoula such a treat! The location next to the rail trail made walking into town so easy! The extras that you supplied in the cottage was so generous! We loved the snacks you left and even eggs for breakfast! We truly enjoyed your charming cottage and will definitely rent it again!

I wish Airbnb had a number one host category; Kate would be the winner. Directions to the house were clear and easy to follow and check in was dead easy. The house is an historic early twentieth century piece of railroad history. The interior has been restored in a warm and comfortable fashion, leaving many of the antique accents intact. Checking out the house upon arrival, we were blown away by the welcoming gifts Kate had provided, highlighted by Klondike bars in the freezer and a food bowl with goodies for our dog. The house is in an exceptional location, right on the Milwaukee bike path with easy access to the Hip Strip and bridges to downtown. You can walk everywhere for all your needs. Kate was also exceptionally helpful, above and beyond all expectations, when we had a medical situation that disrupted our trip. I highly recommend a stay with this extraordinary host.

Kate’s place is an adorable historic home right by the river trail in a cozy, quiet nook of a neighborhood that’s walkable to downtown Missoula. The place has everything you need, and then some, because Kate goes above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with not only cooking essentials but also food and drinks! Kate really puts the host(ess) in hospitality, so to speak ;) Not only was the kitchen incredibly well stocked, but Kate was also a super helpful resource regarding sights and experiences to behold in & around the Missoula area. I wish our stay had been a few days longer so we could have enjoyed more of her recommendations of what Missoula has to offer. We hope to come back soon, and will definitely stay at Kate’s again if we can! Thank you for everything Kate. You truly are an incredible hostess 🙏
