The place is decorated with old French antiques that we shipped over from France and has been in the family for generations.

Wonderful hosts, always ready to help us with any questions. They even bought Christmas cards for us because it was more convenient for them than us heading out to the city. Their restaurant tips were spot on and we loved the overall place, the pool and the friendliness of their staff. There are some small cafes close by but to really explore the city Uber is your best and cheap friend.
Nic and Lisa were very helpful and kind. They gave me great information. That made my trip easy and fun. The apartment is clean and large. It was very comfortable to stay at the apartment. We had a great time in Ho Chi Min. Thank you so much :)

Nic and Lisa were great hosts, friendly, and helpful. We loved the rooftop pool and breakfast in the shaded lush garden felt very decadent. The space is very large and is accurately shown in the pictures. Our kids enjoyed the pool toys as well as the box of Playmobil that was provided.

This is a neighborhood between the airport and the city. Our neighborhood is 15 minutes from the center, so it's more local. Our apartments are in a smaller building (6 floors) and not in a skyscraper. There are many places closer to District 1 that you can stay at that are both cheaper and more expensive than our place, but in the center there will be vendors to avoid, higher prices, and tourists. Please keep this in mind when you book with us so that you won't be disappointed that our place is not central. It's 15 mins or less than $4 ride by taxi from the airport and even less to the city. We are only 2 streets away from the major street called Phan Dang Luu. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Circle K, a 24 hour convenience store is about 5 blocks away and 2 grocery stores that are a 5 minute taxi ride away that costs about $1 each way.
It's recommended to use Mai Linh or Vinasun taxis as well as Uber, Grab Taxi , Grab bike. We can also help you rent a motorbike for 10-15 USD a day.

Either way, you'll have access to a Rooftop Terrace and refreshing pool to relax from a day of Saigon heat.
