The apartment isn't great, and both it and the building should be renovated. It wasn't very clean... but the price-location ratio is excellent, and Kristiana was very kind and available.

Really loved staying at Kristiana’s place! It was super cosy and spacious. The bed was really comfortable! Perfect place to stay when you’re visiting Riga - could not be more perfectly positioned in the Old Town. Thanks so much Kristiana, and see you again I hope!

I can recommend this place. It was cozy and clean. Kristina is a very kind person. It’s worth this price.

The location of the place is nice, the interior is suitable in terms of price/performance. But Kristina's attitude and communication are very bad. She was polite in the beginning, but on the day of departure; she knocked on the door at 10 o'clock and went straight in,m. This is the first time this happens to me. Yes, check out time is 10. But she entered without allowing me to pack up and leave, violating my private space without showing any good will. She also didn’t respond to my simple request during the process. There was only one towel inside and I asked if I could have another towel for the head and face. She said that since she uses a single towel for her entire body, she told; you should use it the same way. She is not kind or well-intentioned at all. I would definitely choose to pay more and stay elsewhere.
