Enchanting house overlooking the sea and only a few hundred metres from the beaches of Is Traias and Porto Luna. Amenities include a terrace overlooking the sea, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, private parking space, and more. Please Note: The WiFi is unfortunately very slow and unreliable. If you require fast and regular internet access during your stay, we do not recommend you book our property. The house is fully detached and is located in the Is Traias complex, a few hundred metres from the nearest beach (Is Traias) and about 2km from the town centre. It has a big terrace overlooking the sea (with views of Punta Molentis in the distance). There is a marble table and lounges to enjoy food and drinks while admiring the beautiful Sardinian sunset. The house fits a maximum of 5 people. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge/dining area and a covered area at the back of the house. Every room has air conditioning units and fans. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and there is also satellite TV available in the living room. Linens and bathroom towels are included but toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc...), toilet paper and washing up liquid are not included (unless left behind by previous guests) so please buy your own, but check in the house beforehand. A beach parasol and chairs are also supplied. Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 10am.

Just wrapped up our fourth stay at this lovely house in Sardinia. The large terrace provides an unbeatable view of the sea, and having two secluded beaches within a short walk is a treat. Perfect for family getaways. Highly recommend!
The place makes you want to stay longer, it is wonderful. The cozy house with absolutely everything you may need during your stay for the whole family. The cleanliness was impeccable. The location is accessible to all beaches, restaurants, supermarket, shops, bars, cafeteria all nearby and practical especially for us who went with a baby. Antonio was always very attentive to collaborating with our needs, he shared very helpful information with us. We only needed internet but we didn't suffer from not having it either. We were informed in advance about a problem and we still accepted it. We left planning to return.
Maison spacieuse et proche de la belle plage d’Is Traias, accessible à pied en 5mn par un petit sentier. La vue est magnifique lever du Soleil garanti tous les jours. Je recommande.
Ottima location, la bellissima terrazza vista mare ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo e ci ha accompagnato per tutta la durata della vacanza. La villetta molto pulita, ha tutte le comodità per trascorre delle vacanze con tutti i comfort necessari. Aria condizionata, lavatrice… tutto ben funzionante. Le spiagge nelle vicinanze sono stupende ed è un piacere fare due passi in città la sera. Locali, negozi, concerti e bancarelle, c’è veramente molta vita! Antonio, grazie di tutto! Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza!
Villa con vista mare mozzafiato. Vicino alla spiaggia di Is Traias, Cucina ben attrezzata, camere spaziose dotate di ventilatore e aria condizionata. Terrazza grande, stupenda da cui godere il mare, pranzare e chiacchierare. Linea telefonica non sempre disponibile e Wi-Fi presente ma attivo al mattino o alla sera . Antonio ha fornito indicazioni precise per raggiungere la Villa è il parcheggio riservato

The Is Traias complex is right by the Is Traias beach where there is also a bar/cafe' called S'Amada. The beach is sandy and pretty wide but if you are looking for bigger beaches (California style so to speak) then I suggest you go to the beaches further along - Simius (reachable by foot) and Giunco.
If you are a little more adventurous and fancy going on a boat trip, I suggest you check out the islands of Serpentara and Cavoli. There a number of pamphlets in the house where you can find all sorts of information on what to do in the area, or you can always ask me :)
Villasimius is reachable from Elmas (Cagliari) Airport by:
- By car (recommended)
- Coach (operated by A.R.S.T.) from the centre of Cagliari
- Private Taxi (~70€)
We highly recommend you rent a car to make your stay easier (to do food shopping runs) and fully take advantage of the natural beauty of Villasimius and surroundings, such as Punta Molentis, Costa Rey, etc. There are a number of car rental companies available at the airport.
