Stayed here for a long-anticipated family trip to see grandparents' villages and family/friends in the region. Fair option with some charm in an area without many alternatives. Quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms/bedrooms were clean with good A/C, plumbing, parking, etc. A few issues, though, that got worked out. Directions we were given to the house ended up bringing us several miles away, which was unexpected - local rep came and got us. Check-in was longer than needed (45+ minutes), but partially due to language barrier. Note that there's no A/C in the living/dining areas and no window screens; fan helped. Washer broken; stove didn't light (local rep did show up to fix stove , though). Overall, a few avoidable unpleasantries to deal with, but it is a country house at a good price and the owner did offer a refund if we had chosen to leave. Might have just been a bad week, so giving the benefit of the doubt.

If you are looking for a classic Italian country home, this place is for you! The host was responsive and the home was stocked with what we needed. We’ll definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni's. there were seven of us and we were all comfortably accommodated. We took both apartments. however if you need only one I would suggest taking the one on the left side as it has a larger refrigerator. Paolo greeted us when we arrived and gave us a lot of helpful information. It was wonderful that he spoke English as our Italian is weak at best. There is a dog and cat that seem to come with the house and while friendly they could be a bit of a nuisance at times. We planned a family reunion with our Italian relatives in the area. The neighbors across the street were very helpful in setting this up. They mowed the lawn, brought over lawn furniture, and helped in other ways. The neighbors were great. The house was large, clean, comfortable, with plenty of kitchen supplies. we were close to a grocery store. however you do need a car to get to the center of town and the grocery store. Thank you Giovanni, and your entire family, for making us feel so welcome. We hope to return in the future.

Presa per passare un week end di fine anno tra amici e relax siamo rimasti soddisfatti... C'era tutto l'occorrente per cucinare e quant'altro. Molto confortevole e con assistenza ai problemi molto celere. Una delle due case risulta un po' fredda ma credo basti accendere i riscaldamenti prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti. In generale la consiglio.
