Thank you for a lovely stay Riccardo and Paola, your home is spotless, calming and perfectly equipped. An ideal location, everything is walkable! San Miniato is a hidden gem, beautiful walks all around, great restaurants and places to visit! A special thank you to Paola, who went out of her way to help me when I had a car accident. She really took care of me and I’m so grateful for her kindness. These are the people and memories I will treasure and remember from my travels of Italy. Grazie Mille Olivia x

Soggiornare nell'appartamento di Riccardo è stato un vero piacere! L'ambiente è estremamente accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli, con tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. La tranquillità del luogo è impareggiabile, perfetta per staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. Paola è stata incredibilmente ospitale e simpatica, facendoci sentire davvero a casa. San Miniato è una destinazione perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio dal caos cittadino. Le nostre tre notti sono state estremamente rilassanti e rigeneranti: un'esperienza autentica e riposante.

Great base to explore a lovely village and region. We booked this apartment then cancelled in favour of a hotel in San Miniato, but when the hotel let us down, luckily Riccardo's place was still available. Great position at one entrance to the Piazza Buonaparte, which is only short walk away from the church and 'centre' of San Miniato. The split-storey apartment had everything we could have wanted and is cleverly converted to provide a bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom, large living room and a well-appointed kitchen on the 1st floor. There's also a small outside seating area with a view. We were dealt with by Paula who was friendly and helpful throughout (despite the fact we'd cancelled and then re-booked). She came and met us in the great little cafe on the Piazza which is very friendly, opens at 6am and has tables at the back that looks out onto the valley. There's also a tabachi, and a small grocery store and a restaurant specializing in grilled meat (which we didn't try).

Went with my girlfriend,absolutely stunning area ,it’s a pitty we went on the Easter holidays cause mostly everything was closed but the restaurants just outside had beautiful food and welcoming staff . Our trip was great but unfortunately too short ,wish we had stayed more

Ricardo’s place is extremely central and the perfect location. There is a small grocery store, pretty much right beside it and lots of cute little restaurants. If you’re around when the truffle festivals happening It’s perfect for shopping because you can go in quickly drop off your bags to continue on. He has beautiful artwork and style It actually exceeded my expectations. The bathroom is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable .
