What an amazing apartment, in an amazing location! Couldn’t have been an happier, will for sure check to see if Nicolas’s apartment is available the next time my husband and I are in Paris… just perfect!!

During my stay I remembered one of the guest's reviews said "it was like staying at the home of a friend" because the apartment is clearly not just a rental unit but the place where Nico &Lina live. I would revise that statement to "it was like staying at the home of the coolest, most chic friend you have!" The style and decor of the apartment makes you feel like these friends have an incredibly interesting life and you get to participate in it for a week. You cannot find a more central location than the absolute center of Paris. But it's not some basement apartment off a courtyard but rather it has incredible views of a dozen landmarks sitting right above the Seine. People say that apartments and hotel rooms in Paris are small, but this apartment is laid out in such a way that it feels very spacious. I don't have one negative thing to say about the apartment or Nico &Lina. I would very happily stay there again, when and if my future travel plans bring me back to Paris. Merci beaucoup!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Nicolas’s comfortable apartment. Spending almost two weeks in Paris was such a treat. We walked to museums, restaurants, parks and cafes. So much to do and see! The only problem we found was it was difficult to leave! The view is magnificent and drinking a morning coffee while watching Paris come to life was special. Returning from busy days we then enjoyed the sunset. We highly recommend Nicolas’s apartment.

Our stay was 7 days before continuing of travels via train. The location is beyond compare, 5 min to Pont Neuf metro, 7-10 min to Chatelet & St Michel, depending on your pace, with gorgeous, breezy views of the Left Bank towards Central Paris. Well-equipped apartment for self-sustaining travelers who want to cook a few meals themselves while traveling. All needed equipment and spices/oil/sugar type staples available. Some bits are quirky, like the various steps inside the apartment between different rooms (step carfefully!). The elevator is a blessing for after a long day or when moving luggage. It goes to the landing between the 4th & 5th floor (US 5th/6th), so you will still need to navigate down ~7 original wooden steps to the apartment. Enjoy the breezes, but close the Seine windows during rain and all windows after dusk in summer (mosquitos). The bed is thin, but we noticed on leaving a rolled futon that might have been a good supplement. Really, a lucky find for Paris AirBnB.
