My kids (14 and 12 years) and I spent a week in this fantastic villa. It's absolute paradise. A beautiful house, wonderful beach. We were in seventh heaven. Roberto our host was very kind, we felt very welcome. Hope to come back soon !!!

The owners, Roberto and Stefano, were lovely and kind. The house is easy to find, yet secluded and you will have vacations in total privacy. This also means you will need a car to getting there and being able to go shopping, make trips or even grab a pizza from somewhere. The way to the beach is short but difficult, especially for elder people: steep rocky stairs, no real handrail etc. But the beach lies in total privacy, too. You'll most likely be on your own the whole time. The garden is beautiful and cared for. We loved sitting on the terrace watching over the pool into the horizon. But the outdoor area is also full with cats and mosquitos. We were bitten almost every couple of minutes, despite using candles, insect spray, smoking etc. Nothing seemed to help. And the cats are used to visitors and being fed, so prepare for lots of cuddles and attention. All in all, the location is perfect if you are looking to a vacation in total privacy with your own beach.

The garden, pool and view were spectacular. It was heavenly to hang out by the pool and look out at the sea. The outdoor space is huge including a bbq area which we used one night which was great. The house itself is charming and was perfect for our family of 4 (kids aged 18 and 20). We loved the walk down to the beach through the nature reserve and the beach is a fabulous sandy stretch (although a bit too choppy for swimming much when we were there). There is a hotel not far away, but it was quiet with just a few of their guests strolling down the beach and it made a good landmark to help us find our way home in the dark.

Cet endroit est tout simplement magique . Roberto, qui es exceptionnel, nous a dit qu'il y avait de bonnes vibrations et c'est vrai. Séjourner à Jabia House ne s'explique pas . La réalité dépasse les photos. La vue est a couper le souffle, le calme est juste parfait pour se ressourcer. Se réveiller et avoir cette vue de la piscine et la mer est fantastique. La maison possède tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez soi et cuisiner. Tout est propre et pratique. Il y a un petit supermarket à Marinella à 15 minutes en scooter où l'on peut tout trouver. Nous étions 2 et nous n'avons même pas eu envie d'aller au restaurant. Juste envie de profiter de la vue et du chant des tourterelles. Roberto est super, très réactif, très sympathique et en un mot parfait. Cette maison me manque déjà

we had a lovely time at the house. we were there during a heatwave but the house was cool and the pool was fantastic. The beach below is accessed via a path and is quiet and beautiful. Roberto and Stefano were great hosts, leaving us to it but on hand if anything was needed. we would like to return.
