Great Air BnB- best I’ve Air BnB I’ve stayed in. Super friendly and accommodating host and flat mates. Feel right at home. Enjoyed my stay so much, I rebooked it to stay longer. Thanks Patwell 😊

Stayed one month here. The room was clean and comfortable. Also quite spacious as I wasn't expecting. Roommates are chill and you live right next to the subways. Just one thing which is there wasn't much daylight in the room. Generally very good place if you are not staying very long.

First, I have to say, that I never met Patwell personally, but when I wrote her, I always got a response within 1h. Most time I was talking with Veronica, a really wonderful nice person. She’s living in the flat to (Patwell not). The flat is a really really good place to stay in NYC if you are staying longer there: Subway lines 2,3,4,5 are 1min by foot away (and you are in Manhatten in 30-45 min). LIRR 12min by foot away and you are in Queens in 5-30min l. And 20min by foot and you are in Prospect Park. The stuff about the bed (I read here) I cannot confirm - maybe Patwell changed it in the near past, that there are no chairs in the kitchen, that’s true. The room is not to big/small (like a really classic room you can get in Brooklyn). With the close subways the room is in my eyes really a cheap place to stay in NYC. Would stay there absolutely again if I an in the city! Fun fact, there are all red lights in the flat. Could not find the reason for this :D

The bed was comfortable, the apartment was always clean, the others staying there were so nice and helpful, the neighborhood had good food, two subway stops on the end of each block, walking distance to the park and Brooklyn museum. I really enjoyed my stay.
