This apartment is amazing! Manuel has created a beautiful sanctuary here in Barranquilla. It's even better than the pictures (& I really was excited about the pictures). The plants & the decorations all create such a serene, calm environment. The hammock is next to the wall of plants & is the perfect place to read or nap. The light in the apartment is great. The A/C works great for the humid Barranquilla weather. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need It's close to an amazing park where you can get a coco frio & be around the friendly neighbors in the community. The neighborhood is safe. Easy walking distance to grocery stores. About a 20 minute car ride to the beach. I would recommend this place to all my friends & family without hesitation.

Me quedé en el apartamento de Manuel un mes con mi esposo y mis 2 hijos pequeños. La comunicación con Manuel es muy buena y el está atento a todas las peticiones que uno tiene. Los celadores son increíblemente amables. El apartamento es grande y tiene todo lo que se necesita para quedarse uno un tiempo largo con varias personas. Lo de la cantidad de matas es de gusto, para mí personalmente fue un poco problemático porque generaban muchos mosquitos. De todas formas se ven bonitas y no me molestó regarlas y la mayoría fueron fáciles de cuidar. No recomendaría el apartamento cuando se tiene niños pequeños por aquello de que es en el cuarto piso y hay muchos adornos y matas, tuvimos que cambiar varias cosas de lugar. Algunas cosas en el apartamento ya están un poco deterioradas, pero en general todo es absolutamente funcional y está bien si no se está buscando lujo. La zona es buena, bastante central.
