The apartments in the semi are 60 sqmts and compose of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a washing machine and an open plan living space , a dining area for 4-5 people with TV and kitchen. The independent cottage is slightly smaller (50 sqmts) with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room and a beautiful patio overlooking the olive grove sweeping to the bay, where it is possible to dine in the shade, as it is covered by a beautiful wooden roof. The independent cottage has also a separate storage and laundry area, and a shower outside. The cottages are located in a private property set on a hill surrounded by olive and almond trees. Indoor and outdoor living seamlessly combine due to the bright rooms easily accessible through a wide terrace/solarium with a breathtaking view. All linen and towels provided.
