Wtih open plan living, double glazing & heat pump, the lounge room skylights have full view of the night sky. The large conservatory is on the sunny side of the home so you can bask in the sunshine while enjoying your view to Mt Hutt, or watch your family play tennis on our full size fully enclosed tennis court. Get cosy in comfy beds with quality bedding and electric blankets on all beds. Bedroom 1 has the Super King bed plus two King singles & Bedroom 2 has a King bed, so you can comfortably sleep 6 guests. Both bedrooms are very large. The well equipped fully functioning kitchenette has full size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, sandwich maker, air fryer, enough mixing & salad bowls and microwave cookware for baking and every purpose, plus loads of utensils to make delicious light meals that you can enjoy in the hassle free dining area. We provide free unlimited wifi, 50" Smart TV for your viewing pleasure, Netflix, FreeView & National TV. The hallway cupboards are filled with spare blankets, towels (no need to rent extra towels from Opuke Pools, use towels from Stream House!) and bedding, along with loads of card & board games. A variety of books for your reading pleasure is situated in the lounge room. We also supply locally produced free newspapers. If you are here for the bike trails, a lockup area is available for your bikes and also skis and other toys. Why not bring the golf clubs?
