房东太友善了，而且热情似火。无论我提出啥问题都能高效快速的帮我们解决。房间的家具实木雕花喜欢。床品品质也不错。出来几天终于有厨房可以做点想吃的饭菜。由于房东的帮助，在纽约玩的暴爽。超赞房东。

Katia was great! Very friendly and communicative. Whenever I needed anything she would be right there. My bedroom and separate private bath were both very clean. The Mi Tierra deli three doors down has great food. I grabbed food and drinks from there most every night. There are also many other options in a short distance. I will definitely be coming back if I’m in the area again.

This is the best AirBNB I've ever stayed in. Katia is so generous, kind, and caring. She was flexible all the time, even when my plans changes. She responded within hours and kept her space extremely clean. She provided me with a welcome package and has a closet packed with anything you might need. I stayed here for two months and Katia made me feel right at home. I really enjoyed getting to know Katia and I felt comfortable and safe in the house as a young woman of color. The kitchen was well furnished and even had a hood. Can't say enough good things and 10/10 would stay here again. There are deadbolts on exterior doors and a electronic lock on the bedroom door. Great location too, the neighborhood is nice with lots of trees. Saw families all around which was comforting. Several gas stations nearby, LIRR is a few minutes drive away or a bus stop around the corner, groceries 10 min away, main highway 6 minutes away. There's a park across the street.
