Great host and great place to stay. House was bigger than we expected. There are quite a few rules, especially around quiet time but nothing that was unreasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Attention to detail and cleanliness of the home were top notch. Amenities were fantastic with many towels to use, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and Drip), full soap dispensers and many TV’s to view. Home layout was great with a lot of space for two grown children and Mom and Dad to each have their own space. Hot tub and Pool temperatures were fantastic during a chilly time in the area.

This home is wonderful and is even better in person than the photos. The layout and amenities are great. The home is well stocked and well cared for. Olivia is prompt to reply and communicates regularly throughout the stay to ensure the stay is as expected. The neighborhood is very nice and conveniently located near areas of interest. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Olivia.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was exactly as described and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Communications, arrival process and condition of property allowed us to “drop our bags” and enjoy our stay. We arrived late in the evening and everything was in order. Olivia was a great host that communicated quickly when I had a couple of questions. We will definitely rent this property next time we travel to Phoenix.
