Myself and Tina had a great time. The house is remote but perfect for exploring County Clare. Shannon, Galway and the Loop Head are all easily drivable. Lovely and peaceful and right down by the estuary which makes for a great sunset photo. Trudi is a great host. Clear instructions on how to find the house and really helpful with local knowledge, places to visit etc. Would highly recommend

Really enjoyed my time at Tig Barra. The cottage is quaint, comfortable and has everything you might need. The garden is beautiful and with the estuary behind it's extremely peaceful.

Trudi is an amazing and lovely host! We really enjoyed our stay in her beautiful place. The place is exactly what you see in photos and more 😍 We get to have breakfast with a view every morning! Our dog Mochi enjoyed all the sniff around the garden, a big space for her to run and play. We also met the lovely Polly - a very calm and well mannered Poodle! Our Mochi needs to learn from her! We got a chance to properly chat with Trudi at the end of our stay and got to know her better. She’s a truly inspiring person, full of knowledge and experience to share! Wish we had more time to chat as me and my husband have been so inspired by her life and story! Thanks a million Trudi, we’ll def. be coming back 😍🥰

We had an amazing holiday💙💛 This was the perfect base for our family getaway.Peace and beauty all around and within driving distance of all popular tourist attractions.
