Chambre sous les combles très fonctionnelle. Literie confortable. Espace pour se détendre agréable. Judy et son mari sont des hôtes accueillants qui recherchent le meilleur confort de ses invités. Ce fut un moment très agréable en leur compagnie. Très disponible, Judy met à l’aise. On se sent comme à la maison

I was drawn to the description, "Sunny attic near Hadrian's Wall walk". The attic was indeed sunny; perfect lighting for sitting on the sofa and reading a book with a cup of tea, after a busy day walking some of Hadrian's wall. The attic room was just the right size, very cosy with an ensuite bathroom as well. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a vase of pretty garden flowers on the table by the sofa, which was a lovely touch. Our hosts, Judy and Neil, were very welcoming, friendly and informative about the local area and places to visit and eat. They have a beautiful garden which we were able to use as the weather was good. The Waggonway, is a nearby footpath which was great for walking and for running. The surrounding scenery was stunning. Breakfast was delicious just as we like it: cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants. It was a wonderful break. Thank you very much.

Judy was one of the best hosts I ever had. Very responsive, very kind and way beyond accommodating, even for things she absolutely didn’t have to. The room was lovey and super clean. You have a shower room ensuite which makes it perfect. Judy prepared a lovely breakfast.

Judy and her husband were very welcoming and friendly. Easy check in, spacious attic room, private bathroom, very clean and exactly as described. Close to pubs and pizza place. Would definitely come back if in the area.
