No wifi in the rooms (says wifi in the advert but you have to go to the lobby) Smart TV in the room no satellite TV or other services like Netflix and Youtube because of no wifi. Aircon stopped working in the early hours (probably iced up). It was noisy and probably needed maintenance. When we switched it on, the room smelled of cigarettes due to previous occupant smoking in the room with the air con on. Limited parking. Surroundings very dirty and full of garbage. Surrounded by nightclubs. We went out and when we came back late, we could not get in because of people parking everywhere. Had to go and park 200 metres away and walk. Couple of missing items: a Pillow cover. No soap in bathroom. This place has great potential if the owners/managers were more caring. We will not be going back there unfortunately.

The photos do not depict the true state of this tired dirty place. The suites are no more than backpacker accomodation. No cable tv, just a couple of channels, in either French or Indian. Would not stay here again, it was not clean or honest with the portrayal on line

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Restaurants und center Grand Baie super zu erreichen. Der Pool ist sehr schon und sauber allerdings ab 15 Uhr verschwindet die Sonne hinter den Gebäuden. Die Liegen, Kissen und das drum herum ist in die Jahre gekommen. Kissen und Strandhandtücher waren verdreckt. Die Wohnung war sauber und haben täglich neue Handtücher erhalten. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küchen Ausstattung war sehr einfach aber Kühlschrank war top. Betten sind sehr hart und etwas unbequem. Bad war soweit in Ordnung etwas Renovierung währe notwendig. Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Manager vor Ort ist etwas unfreundlich aber hilfsbereit. Im großen und ganzen hat es aus aufgrund der Lage mit den tollen Stränden um Möglichkeit um Grand Baie Trou auf Biches und Grand Gaube super gefallen. Haben von dort tolle Tagesausflüge rund um die Insel gemacht. Man kann bei den meisten Resorts Sensimar, Merville (direkt vor Ort), LUX Grand Gaube /Le Morne, #36 ein DayPackage buchen und dort liegen und Einrichtungen nutzen. Zum Teil auch inkl. Mittagessen und Wassersport Möglichkeiten. Preis von 2000-3000 MUR/per
