Brian’s house is better than the pictures could indicate. It was perfect for our stay and we will absolutely try to book again the next time we are in Indiana. We travel frequently for our business and this is one of the nicest if not the nicest houses we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend.
We stayed for the 2024 Eclipse. Brian was super helpful and allowed us to linger so that our time waiting was very comfortable. Great neighborhood!
Brian is an awesome host. The home has plenty of areas to hangout in and tvs to watch. Plenty of beds and couches for everyone in the group. The man cave is phenomenal with a great seating area and huge tv for watching games and movies. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. 10/10 would recommend Brian and his home.
Our second visit and did not disappoint! Brian is alway la great to work with and is so good at communicating! The house is just amazing!!
Our quick stay at Brian’s was perfect for a concert getaway. The house was super close to Ruoff Music Center & at a very fair price compared to the hotels during the same weekend. Brian was very friendly, flexible & communicative. The house was spotless! And the furniture was comfortable. We will definitely try to stay there again in the future.

As a host, I not only hope to provide a safe, clean, and relaxing place for guests, but simply a better economic choice for traveling. I love to travel, mostly to areas with a beach.
