Beautiful home in quiet and walkable area of town! Spotless and thoughtfully decorated home with well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor area, with kid friendly amenities and well stocked coffee area! One of our favorite stays so far, would definitely book again!
The home is full of Maritime charm in all the best ways. It is exactly as shown in the photos with two bedrooms and the full bathroom upstairs. On the main floor, there is a living room, a lovely kitchen with an attached eating area, and then a sweet addition off the kitchen with the half bath, laundry facilities, and extra storage. The host was responsive and helpful in her communication. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was very peaceful. Although the weather didn't cooperate when we were in Charlottetown, there is a lovely deck and fenced backyard to enjoy as well. It was centrally located and perfect for our family of three, but it has plenty of room for a family of four with two single beds in the second bedroom. Thanks for a wonderful weekend of relaxation and family fun.
Booked for 3 nights March 26-29. Cost $744. Husband myself and two 5 pound Pomeranians. One Pom had procedure with vet College for 9:30am next morning. Location was good, Place was cozy and clean with Easy Checked-in at 4:15 PM. Those were the pros. The negative shortly after arriving sounds of water gushing up through kitchen sink , loud rattling of pipes ending with such a bang all four of us jumped. This was happening every hour or so all night long, it was EXTREMELY loud which would wake us every time and I had ear plugs, needless to say no one got sleep. Leslie informed us next morning that it was a sump pump and the old pipes due to water levels. We informed her we could not spend another two nights without sleep, no one could adjust to this noise as the pump would not be stopping anytime soon with the snow melting and rain. We left that morning. The whole purpose of doing Airbnb and not hotel is for comfort. So if renting hope for dry weather. Did get a refund of $156
House was beautiful with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the fireplace
Leslie’s Cottage House was great. This quaint older home was located in the downtown and we could walk everywhere. Had a great fenced in backyard and we were able to travel with the dogs. The backyard made it easy to let them out during the day and we knew they would be safe. Leslie was a great host and gave great instructions for checking and our stay. 值得一提的是，与大多数城市相比， PEI的出租车相当便宜，岛上有一条很棒的步道，非常适合骑自行车/步行/慢跑。 这是一条改建后的铁路。如果您想走那条路，我有两辆自行车可供使用……
