Had a wonderful month with friends and family at the villa, we really enjoyed being a bit in the countryside but close to the high speed train line and Arezzo. We hadn't been sure on the layout from the pictures, so for anyone else wondering, the red bedroom is downstairs with the living room and kitchen. The formal dining room/library is upstairs with the other 4-5 bedrooms opening off of it. The house really did stay cool in 95 deg heat with it's traditional thick walls!

we had a great time in the villa! this place has a unique atmosphere and spirit of Tuscany. the location is excellent, the villa is beautiful, every room is different.. :) there were 10 of us, everyone had plenty of privacy in the huge rooms, or we spent relaxing time by the pool. the kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything you need to cook for a group of people. the location is great for trips by car or train.. the hosts are very nice, advised us about everything (my friend injured her leg on the trip to Arezzo and we needed a hospital) I definitely recommend it and would love to come back :)

Pierwsze wrażenie było trochę przytłaczające. Po domu oprowadził nas brat Ricarda Francesco. Był gorący dzień więc okiennice były zamknięte i wnętrze było ciemne. Po wielu godzinach na słońcu niewiele widzieliśmy. Dom jest niesamowity! Ogromne przestrzenie, bardzo wysokie pomieszczenia, wygodne łazienki. Trochę za mała lodówka na tyle osób. Byliśmy w lipcu i gdy upały sięgały 39 stopni w domu panował przyjemny chłód. Czuliśmy się jak w zamku. Jeśli kochasz nowoczesność możesz być rozczarowany. Jeśli chcesz cofnąć się w czasie to jest to. Basen duży 8x5m i ukryty przed oczami sąsiadów. W salonie, w jadalni, w ogrodzie lub przed domem wygodne stoły mieszczące 10 osób. Codziennie można jeść gdzie indziej 😀. Do domu prowadzi klimatyczna, cyprysowa aleja, obok winnica. Do piekarni czy pizzerii kilkaset metrów ( polecam La Ruota di Rosso Claudio, świetna i dużo tańsza niż obok), do dużego supermarketu 3 km. Miejsce warte polecenia! Pozdrawiamy Francesco

Idealne miejsce dla większej grupy osób. Super lokalizacja, duża przestrzeń wspólna. Warto tu wrócić.

The villa was perfect for our stay with 10 adult and 2 small kids for a week. It is a beautiful old villa, with a lot of old details, and a great atmosphere. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, which makes it good for cooking meals for a larger group. Since our visit was in the middle of the summer, the combination of sun and shade in the garden was comfortable, and the swimming pool was big enough for all of us. At night the little town becomes really quiet, so a great place to get some rest (not to party). The location is great for some day trips. The host was very helpful and made sure the house, garden and pool were properly looked after.
