1. 房子就在London street主干道旁边，但是房间很安静，隔音很好，装修也很舒适 2. 房东和我们是住在一栋里面的，但是都分隔开来，互不干扰，很热心。 3. 去Bath SPA等景点均可步行，1.5KM, 很方便

Loved the location: within easy walking distance of Bath’s main attractions. Great hosts, very friendly and responsive. Parking is on the road and a few minutes walk from the house which isn’t a problem but something to be aware of if you have lots of luggage. Beautiful views and highly recommend staying here.

My cousin and I wanted to explore Bath for the weekend and Simona and Richard's place was a great base for us. Richard checked us in, he was so friendly and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The place itself is a Georgian delight - spacious, simply decorated to let the character of the place sing, with beautiful views out of the back. There were lots of towels and the beds were comfy with cosy duvets. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need if you wanted to cook meals. There is a bus stop right outside the flat, but we didn't feel the need to use the bus as it was a pleasant 15/20 walk into town with lots of indie shops along the way. I really appreciated Simona's prompt and helpful messages too, she gave us info on the Somerset & Bath Reward Card which we used to get a free cream tea at the Jane Austen Centre. Thanks so much Simona & Richard. We had a super time and would love to come again.

Simona was a fantastic and friendly host and her property is beautiful and a very comfortable place to stay. I will definitely use this as a base next time I need to book somewhere in Bath.

We enjoyed our time in Bath and at Percy Place. There were two of us and we stayed for twelve nights. The apartment is a nice mix of a period building with a modern kitchen and bathrooms, and a wonderful view out the back. It was only a short walk to a full size supermarket and a 20 minute walk to the city center. When we booked, we were concerned about parking. However, we made several day trips outside of Bath and had no trouble finding available (free) street parking at the dead end of Grosvenor Place, a few blocks from the apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms and can easily accommodate four adults. However, be aware that the rear bedroom is significantly nicer, larger, and more quiet than the smaller front bedroom.
