Perfect location to run out of the busy weeks in the city and enjoy the countryside. Lovely place to stay with family and friends and enjoy the beautiful countryside and coast cities around it. I would prefer and probably will go again during summer to enjoy more the outdoors and properly do some bbq for friends and family.

This is a lovely house, well laid out and plenty of room for 5 of us plus a dog. We were there in January so arriving in the dark down narrow Devon lanes was quite stressful but once we knew what to expect it was fine. All the instructions for the house were very clear and the local area is beautiful.

We had a lovely stay at Claire’s place with our dog, 2 friends and their little boy. It was a family friendly stay and Claire was really responsive and friendly! She helped us with organising a food delivery to last us the weekend. The surroundings are very pretty, there are walks that you can do but we drove to local attractions. Really lovely to see the farm animals nearby and from the kitchen window. Claire was really flexible with check in times which was so helpful. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were so comfy! Great sleep! The kitchen was well equipped and finished beautifully. The lounge is a little more basic, but we found this ok considering we had a little one and big dog with us! Thank you Claire

Serviceable little Airbnb, a bit hard to get to. The highlight of the stay was definitely meeting Claire and getting to see the animals - including llamas! - eat dinner.

Had such a great stay at this place, the communication from Claire was on point and she gave amazing recommendations for a pub special birthday meal. However, the accommodation is billed as Luxury and we found the place in need of a little upgrade in order to achieve this. I would have classed it more as rustic shabby chic. The pictures provided are a little misleading. But we would happily go back as it's a great location, quiet (although there were regular barking dogs, but this didn't bother us too much) and it's beautiful! The garden is a great size and kept the kids/dog happy. Overall, a great weekend spent here!
