Siggis place is amazing. Perfect in every way. Spotless clean Fantastic, quiet, beautiful location. You have everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Lovely and warm. Very close to city 10 mins on a bus. Extremely good bus service, if you don’t want to drive ( there is car if you want to use it ) Siggie is lovely, helped up with everything, even took us on a drive round, to show us where everything was. Love Iceland. Staying in this apartment made it even better. It’s cheaper than an hotel. And you have so much more. Iceland is expensive so you cook and make packed lunches for your trips out. It saved us a fortune. Can’t wait to come back very soon. Thanks siggie for making out stay so much fun 😀

Siggi and his wife are great hosts. The house is warm and cozy and a wonderful respite while traveling. The location is quiet and very close to the ocean. We found the house/hosts to be just what we were looking at the end of our long trip!

Siggi was everything you would want from an air BnB host. kind, warm and with a love for his country that he just wants to share with you. The place had everything you would need for a stay. we were lucky to see the northern lights from outside the house - I recommend heading towards the golf club less than 5 minutes away to spot them. It's nice and dark there and quieter than the lighthouse. We would love to come back to Siggi's house in the future.

We had a wonderful holiday at Siggi's place. He was a very warm and inviting host, shared local tips and info, and even took a detour with our kids on the way to the airport at departure to show them a local "troll's house". Very sweet! The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy with all amenities. The car was a huge asset during our stay to see the sites. Note to let Siggi know if you will travel out of Reykjavik - we didn't think to communicate our full itinerary during our stay, and we caused him some stress when we didn't return for 2 days.

We had an incredible visit to Iceland, thanks in part to Siggi and his wife and their beautiful apartment. We were met at the apartment and given a quick run through, which was very helpful. The apartment was in a nice, quiet part of town, within walking distance of the water and within 10 minutes drive to downtown Reykjavik. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable, so it was a wonderful place to come back to in the evening to warm up and prepare for the next day's adventures. Siggi was very communicative and was helpful in giving us suggestions of things to do in the midst of the rain. We enjoyed talking with him about Iceland and some of his family's history. We would definitely stay here again!
