The apartment is in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf area, which is very safe and clean. You will find yourself just across the S-Bahn station and a few bus stops, which is very convenient wherever you want to go. There are a few supermarkets, each of which is about 10 minutes away. The apartment's balcony is brimming with beautiful flowers in the summer, and the coffee in the kitchen is great. The best part about the place, however, is the host. Petra was absolutely wonderful and immediately makes you feel at home, even if this is your first time in Germany. She is a warm person and a clever conversationalist, respecting your privacy but also open to chat whenever you feel like it. She was also very open to speaking Italian with me and helping me get to know Berlin with various suggestions. Knowing there is such a lovely place to go back to after work always made the day go by faster. I would definitely stay with her again if visiting the city!

I've stayed at Petra's house for two months during my traineeship. On the first month everything was fine and Petra was nice to me, but after I paid the second installment she started complaining about everything I did. There are several rules that guests at her house must respect, but the first who does not respect them is Petra herself and each time I've pointed it out, she's made different excuses. Television in the bedroom does not work and wifi is pretty slow. On the other hand, the apartment is strategically located 2 minutes walk from the SBahn station Hohenzollerndamm and in just 25 minutes you arrive to Friedrichstraße. Nontheless I don't find that this apartment is worth the sum I've paid.

Zimmer ist super gelegen. Die S-Bahnstatsion (Ringbahn) ist nur 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Außerdem gibt es nur 500m von der Wohnung entfernt einen super tollen Park zum entspannen. Der Verkehrslärm hält sich in Grenzen (die Autobahn ist so gut wie gar nicht zu hören).

This room is clean and Petra is discret. Thanks a lot for the free coffee! The flat is near Hohenzollerdam (5 min on feet). I recommend this room for the cleanness and the situation.
