Schönes Haus, sehr zweckmäßig und stilvoll mit überwiegend schönen alten Möbelstücken eingerichtet; zwei große Kühlschränke, perfekt für sechs Personen. Außendusche ist toll zur Abkühlung; ansonsten besteht im Außenbereich noch etwas Verbesserungspotential (ist wohl schon in Planung). Phantastischer Ausblick, da leicht am Hügel gelegen. Trotzdem gut erreichbar (nur die letzten paarhundert Meter nicht asphaltiert, aber kein Problem), recht schnell kommt man ans Meer (gut ausgebaute Landstraße, überwiegend schnurgerade) und auch ins Hinterland; ideal für viele Ausflüge. Sasha war bei Fragen stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit & freundlich, hat auch schnell reagiert. Insgesamt haben wir dort Mitte September mit sechs Erwachsenen einen super Urlaub verbracht.

Sehr uriges Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage. Im Sommer 2023 war sehr heiß. Wir können uns vorstellen auch wieder zu kommen, dann aber im Frühjahr oder Herbst.

We had a fantastic time at Sasha's beautiful house. It has everything you are ever going to need and the view! Such a beautiful view! If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet spot to relax, surrounded by beautiful nature, this is the perfect home. We had a few military jets flying overhead ( practicing maneuvers I guess) but other than that, we only heard bird song. We hope to be back some day!!!

The house is really beautiful and in the best surrounding! As an architect I especially enjoy renovated houses, it is full with books and you can feel the owner and his taste. I can really recommend the house if you love to have some quiet place(almost) of your own and at the same time live close enough to the beach and a lot of charming little towns.

We had a great time in Tuscany. The house is beautiful and the landscape around it too. There is a small lake closely (20 min car ride) that was perfect to get a swim in.
