Ken is a true superhost. Ken allowed me to check in early as I arrived in Tokyo early morning. He took me out for a delicious meal during my trip. Questions were answered promptly. He offered lifts to and from the station. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. 2 comfortable single beds, good shower, kitchen. The local area is quiet, a pleasant 15 minute walk to the nearest station, shin-yurigaoka. 5 minute walk to a 7/11, a delicious bakery and a great ramen place. 10 minute walk to a great supermarket. A nice park and shrine about a 25 minute walk if you fancy a relaxing day out of the city. Station area has loads of places to eat, great bars, some multi storey malls and more convenience stores. About 25 minutes to Shinjuku on the rapid express train, about 5 minutes to Machida and about 40-50 minutes to Yokohama (via Machida) from the station. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Totally recommend this place and any place Ken is renting out. 5 stars

Ken’s place is in a nice area. It has plenty of shops, parks and is within walking distance of the railway station( 15 minutes). It was perfect for me. It is a typical sized apartment for the area and is relatively quiet despite being close to a main road. Shin-Yurigaoka is a lovely little town on the main line. Easy access to Kawasaki, Shinjuku, Haneda and Yokohama.

I stayed at Ken’s place for almost two months and it was the first place I went to when arriving in Japan for a one year long stay (not my first time in Japan though). This place is everything. Ken is the best host I ever had. He’s very helpful, goes out of his way to help you and solve issues, and is very respectful. The place and the neighborhood in themselves are great but thanks to Ken, everything was perfect because when I encountered troubles he would answer really quickly and find a solution. The place has everything you need (you can cook for real !), you can feel the care and attention to details. Of course, it’s squeaky clean and all the equipment works. It makes you feel safe and at home (which was really good to me because I was a bit stressed by moving overseas). Thanks to him I even met other airbnb hosts friends and they were wonderful and incredibly nice. I highly recommend this place and I really hope that I will be able to stay here again in the future.

Ken was super kind and picked us up from the station regardless of our late arrival. He brought us delicious homemade curry and rice on our arrival which we all loved! The room was well prepared for our stay, clean, tidy and comfortable. Boys loved the high speed wifi. His recommendations for the local area were spot on. We loved the ramen restaurant nearby. Quiet and safe neighbourhood and we enjoyed walking to and from the station. Easy access to Denentoshi line via bus as well, convenient location. Ken’s communication is always prompt, helpful and very pleasant. He is indeed a super host. Thanks Ken-san, looking forward to our next stay!

Le logement était nickel et conforme à la description. Ken est un hôte très amical et chaleureux, il m'a également fait découvrir les environs. Je recommande.
