The villa is located in the quiet and peaceful area of Skaleta, just 700m from the beach and restaurants! It is consisted of 3 fully equipped apartments (7 bedrooms in total) which make it ideal for a group of friends or families! All 3 apartments can accommodate up to 14 guests in total! Downstairs you can reach 2 apartments of 85sqm & 75 sqm, with 2 bedrooms, living room area, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, blender, coffee machine). There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit. and a full bathroom each one! All bedrooms and living room area are fully air-conditioned. There are patio shaded areas around these apartments where you can enjoy your meal and drink with direct access to the pool and outdoor area as well! Upstairs there is the 126 sqm 3 bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, blender, coffee machine) and a bathroom. All bedrooms and living room area are fully air-conditioned. You can relax by sitting in the spacious veranda with nice sea views! There is also a shaded dining area where you can all sit together! Outdoors you can relax by the pool (22sqm, 1,5m deep). Sunbeds and umbrellas are also available! BBQ facilities are available too to enjoy a meal all together. Another dining area is also available next to the pool! Everything was great. Elizabeth was extremely nice and provided us with everything we needed. Giorgios the home owner speaks very little english but he was nice and always attentive to the house and any possible issues. Would definitely recommend.
Villa sympathique lorsque l'on voyage à plusieurs couples. chacun à son indépendance. chaque apparement est plutôt bien équipé. il manque juste un micro onde a chacun pour que ce soit parfait. Elizabeth à toujours été reactive à nos demandes. Le propriétaire est passé à plusieurs reprise s'occuper de la piscine. Plutôt bon emplacement, 1h d'Eraklion, 1h30 de la Cannée, 2h30 d'Elafonisi, 1h30 de Matala. Des criques sont accessibles à une vingtaines de minutes. La plage à proximité était très venteuse donc il y avait beaucoup de vagues. Le port et le centre ville sont à 20 min de la villa. Des boutiques et un liddl sont à proximité.
Great for watching sunsets from the large top verandah, spacious, apartments were immaculate. The pool was warm! Elizabeth was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. It was nice to find a bowl of fruit, juice, wine and water in the fridges of all three apartments on arrival.
Boligen fremstod mangelfuld hvad angår køkkeninventar til det antal personer vi var (16) trods det skulle kunne rumme det. tjekkede ind i et hus med meget lidt service, køkkenredskaber og ting som elkedler, microovn osv. var ikke til at finde. toiletbrættet i den ene lejlighed manglede, og først da vi gjorde dem opmærksomme blev det ordnet. samt aircon i den ene stue var ude af drift den første uge. Opvasker gik i stykker under vores ophold som resulteret i vand dryppede ned i stikdåse og strøm i den ene lejlighed var i stykker i et lille døgn. Det ene skab var i stykker og mange ting fremstod lidt slidt. Elizabeth var meget behjælpelig og sød, også ejerne, når man henvendte sig med div mangler og problemer og de forsøgte på allerbedste vis at ordne det hurtigst muligt. Men stadig ærgerligt at bruge tid på at gøre opmærksom på det i ens ferie. Huset ligger op af en stejl bakke, fra Strandvejen som er meget trafikeret -kan være svært for små børn at gå op til huset i varmen
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Sofia ! Les hôtes étaient gentils, toujours là au moindre problème. Les maisons étaient super bien équipées. Merci beaucoup Elizabeth d’avoir été aussi réactive durant notre séjour.
