Nice, quiet area. Room was just as described.....neat and tidy with its own private bathroom. Spacious and has good A/C. Most importantly Olivia is really nice and was super accommodating and helpful with arranging for taxi rides into the city and just generally informing me about the ins and outs of Yangon. She also let me keep my luggage at her place after check out as I traipsed around the city waiting for the night bus to Bagan.....very helpful and kind! And the breakfast she makes herself each morning is delicious!! Would definitely stay again if I'm back in Yangon.

Olivia, her husband and 11 year old daughter were so kind and enjoyable after so many anonymous hotel stays. Olivia is sincerely helpful with any my questions or details that need attending. The taxi ride in and out of Yangon turned out to be a blessing to relax after the city bustle and take photos along the ride... The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and the bedroom is private on the first floor, the family's sleeping quarters are upstairs.

She worried when I didn't arrive as scheduled. She assured me she had just cleaned the room and she showed me how to boil water and make tea. She showed me how to turn on the hot water in the shower and the aircon in the room. She warned me that there might be noise if they needed to pump water in the morning. She also welcomed my friend and gave him a room upstairs. She called for a taxi in the morning and told me how much I should pay. In the evening she urged me to join her and her daughter for a light supper of seaweed soup, kimchee, red rice and pork. Delicious! The location wasn't central, so it took a lot of kyat for the taxicabs. She had the door and walls decorated with photos she had taken of Cheju Island, South Korea. Olivia Park is a most welcoming and charming hostess with many suggestions about where to go and what to see.

I spent more than one week with Olivia and her family and it was really nice. They were really kind and helpful. The room is nice and clean. I also like the neighborhood, it is a quiet place but easy to catch a taxi to the downtown.

The host and her family were warm, hospitable and welcoming. They were sincere hosts went out of their way to make my visit smooth and enjoyable. The room was comfortable and the services provided were excellent. The facility was as advertised and prior directions given to their home was accurate and helpful. I would certainly consider using this host again if I return to Myanmar.
