Our stay in this beautiful, traditional Swedish house was sadly ruined by inaccurate property descriptions and troubling host interactions. Initially, there was a misunderstanding regarding the age of two of our children. Judith inappropriately confirmed our children’s ages by asking our 4-year-old instead of one of us adults in person. The house, while advertised as a four-bedroom, had three bedrooms and an open hallway separated only by see-through curtains. Judith requested extra charges outside the Airbnb platform (violating Airbnb policy) both for the now two months older children and the use of a separate building we escaped to since the hallway wasn’t suitable for a one-year-old to sleep in. Quickly after we left, she asked us not to write a review about our experience. And later she also falsely accused us of damaging her property and requested even more money. All of these issues turned this stay into one of our worst experiences.

This is my 4th stay at Judith’s beautiful house and it was a healing experience as always. This house and this area are just stunning and Judith is an incredible host and has become a wonderful friend. Has everything you could need and is just the best place you could want to visit.

We stayed with a group of 9 colleagues for an extended weekend at Judith's place and it could not have been better. Although we were out of season and many places were closed, Blidö is a beautiful island full of walking/hiking options. Judit's place is super equipped for cooking and having fun together inside and outside. The island is easily reachable by car (2 ferries or also by bus. We are looking very much forwards to come back !

Spent a weekend with some friends at this place. It was exactly what we were looking for. The house was in a quiet zone in the middle of the island and was walkable distance from the water. Getting to the island was not difficult at all as the ferries go back and forth every half an hour. The last day of our stay turned out to be sunny and it just made the experience even more enjoyable. Judith, as a host, was super responsive and extremely helpful and we are grateful for that. The instructions that she provided definitely made our stay relaxing.

I spent a great weekend at Judith's home with some friends. It was a super cute weekend getaway and I really recommend it. The kitchen sink and dishwasher could not work due to the freeze (it was -15) but everything else worked and Judith was super helpful and reachable. The lake close to the house was completely frozen which was super cute. Despite the cold, the house was warmed really well with wood and the sauna was big enough for a big group. The house is well equipped for good home cooked meals and the beds were super comfortable. Overall it was a very great experience. It is even accessible by bus!
