the residence itself is fine but a little outdated. the carpet is quit dirty and so are the walls. some key products like a vacumcleaner and stuff to do the dishes with are missing. i think that is a bit weird since you need to clean yourself. letting housekeeping clean is 40 euro, so that is not a great option either. the location of the residence is fine, close to the shopping mall and with the bus 15 min away from the city center. the area is very crowded with a bussy road and lots of noise.

O estúdio no hotel Biri/Residence é excelente para quem quer conforto e comodidade. Tem tudo por perto. Super mercado, ponto de ônibus, shopping, excelentes restaurantes. Eu recomendo
