I visited AirB&B to find a place away from Yerevan with a swimming pool. What I actually found was the greatest B&B ever. Amazing views, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast with local ingredients and, most importantly, the best hostess you could wish for - helpful and friendly but not overbearing. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet but energising break from whatever they are doing in Armenia.

3GS B&B is the best place we’ve stayed in Armenia! European standards of comfort and Armenian hospitality. The rooms look brand new, quality materials, nice design and comfortable size of rooms and common area. You even get a bathrobe!) that’s a 5 star hotel standard :-) Fully equipped kitchens, local grocery shops in walking distance. Great breakfast with delicious local and homemade supplies - and amazing view of the mountains! Big garden where we enjoyed eating sweet cherries and the best apricots ever tasted, right from the tree. The pool is a big hit of course - especially for the kids, but adults as well ;-) Sandra and Marti are very nice, fun and helpful hosts - it’s amazing how they run the place - haven’t ever seen them sitting down or relaxing (well except maybe for one dinner we had together with other tenants) - always busy working on the property💪🏻 The area around the place is the best for doing hikes (from shorter ones up to all day long), it’s near 2 big Armenian sightseeing spots - Garni temple and Geghard monastery. Both are well worth the visit!

Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes (2 adultes et 3 enfants de 17 ,15 et 11 ans). Nous avons terminé notre périple arménien de 15 jours par cette maison. Cette maison est située entre Garni et Geghard (2 sites à visiter) à 1 h de Yerevan. Quel beau site! Tout est conforme au descriptif, tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Nos enfants aussi ont bien apprécié. C'est bien organisé, très propre, calme , spacieux, très confortable. Le petit -déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Sandra et Marty sont charmants et attentionnés . Nous avons fait une belle rencontre. Nous y serions resté plus avec grand plaisir et nous y reviendrons si l'occasion se présente . Une adresse à ne pas manquer, sans hésitation. un grand MERCI à vous ! We are a family of 5 people (2 adults and 3 17, 15 and 11-year-old children). We ended our Armenian trip of 15 days with this house. This house is situated between Garni and Geghard (2 sites to be visited) at 1 hour of Yerevan. Which beautiful site ! Everything is in compliance with the description, everything is made so that we feel good there. Our children also appreciated well. It is organized well, very clean, quiet, spacious, very comfortable. The breakfast is copious and very good. Sandra and Marty are charming and thoughtful. We made a beautiful meeting. Sandra and martin's bed and breakfast is great: spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast. There is even access to a kitchen and a swimming pool shared with people from the small camping area they have aside the property (not visible from the pool) with breathtaking view on the mountains. The place is peaceful. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, and they also know how to be discreet. We were two families with kids and the place is very kid friendly with babycots and toys in the pool. We really felt at home. There are very few places like that in Armenia and we really enjoyed the four days we spent in the bnb. Also there is a lot to see in the region nearby and Erevan is close enough.

Sandra's B&B is a little paradise. We spent there perfect days: A breathtaking terrace, a stilish pool, an elegant bathroom, a well equipped common kitchen, a room appointed with loving details ... The breakfast was opulent with homemade delicious food. Sandra and her husband Marty are very friendly and communicative hosts. They are absolutely helpful. They want to feel you at home, but it's even better. This B&B is a perfect starting point to explore Garni, the Geghard Monastery and the spectacular surroundings. I can recommend it.
