We go above & beyond for our guest by sanitizing & or disinfecting the home for your safety & ours Centrally located in downtown Louisville's Victorian area, close to everything! ⭐️Long Term Rental ⭐️ Essentially you will be booking the entire building making the building exclusively yours. This building has 4 separated private condos! The pictures featured are of all four guest-condos, yet all the condos over all are very similar. Quick Breakdown beds: 4 queen size beds 13 full click-sofas 4 Bathrooms 4 kitchens *Hardwood floors (condo 1 & 2) All four Suites have: A Kitchen (with Washer & Dryer) 1 Bathroom 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed Common space room 1, has 1 full click-sofas Common space room 2, has 2 full click-sofas 2 closets (large walk closet in suite 1) Upstairs 1 full futon in common space area *12 rooms with beds (in 8 of the rooms we removed the doors to make it more open concept). Large front yard with seating Backyard patio with 1 propane grills (we do not guarantee propane). 2 deck with seating.

Host was absolutely fantastic! We were in town (with a large group) for the MATS expo 2024. Faith (Glenda’s daughter) gave us great suggestions and even explained how to navigate the city without using the major highways, which was really nice for getting around to where we were headed without busy expressway traffic. Old Louisville definitely has a great southern charm with the old restored homes and beautiful flowering trees. Each person/couple had their own space and privacy but, we could still be together to discuss our game plans/meal plans for the next day. Each apartment was very clean and tidy and the beds/pillows/blankets were comfortable and clean and smelled amazing! Very happy with our decision to stay in this adorable space and extremely satisfied with our host(s). We would definitely love to stay again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay and making our trip one of the best we have had to date!
Great option to keep our group all together on our golf trip! House gave us plenty of room, and there were tons of options for restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Fun Stay
Location was sketchy and 8/9 futon couch beds were very uncomfortable.
Glenda, Faith, and Richard were great host. We stayed during the National Farm Machinery Show and the location was within 10 of the Expo Center. Glenda, Faith, and Richard were very responsive to me when I had question and were great to work with. I would highly suggest staying at their place if have a large group.

I am a artist, mother of three adult daughters and foodie! I credit my daughters for introducing me to vegan food, Korean food, wine and an artist social life. I (and family) take pride in our properties and we are responsive to our guests needs in intuitive ways. Since we are avid vacationers ourselves, we know what it takes to make every vacation a holiday. In a small town like Harlan we love to make you feel safe and welcome! I assure you that there is no other property that can compare to my four Harlan guesthouses. As my grandmother would say “Good better best never let it rest until your good is better and your better is the best!” All of our properties (in Louisville & Harlan Ky.) are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home! Floydwood my Louisville guesthouse, with 4 private guest-condos, fully-furnished and fully-equipped home away from home. Floydwood is within a 3.5 mile radius to all the Derby fun.
