Acted on a whim so it was a last minute decision to stay at Jane’s place to just shut the world out for a few days. Jane’s place is so cosy, it’s like home from home and excellent value for money. Didn’t arrive until quite late on the first night; however the check in was easy and flexible with great communication from Jane’s co-host Anthony, within minutes he accepted the booking and immediately sent a text/emails containing all relevant details and was very helpful. Will stay again at Jane’s place most probably on a weekend so we can check out some of the bars etc…. This time felt a little rushed as it was a last minute decision but a very good decision made. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Such a lovely place for us to come for a weekend and will be booking again when we come down. The hosts were amazing,the communication was brilliant and super friendly over all I had an amazing time.

Great stay, convenient for Guisborough and surrounding area, peaceful with all the home comforts. Friendly host and responsive helpful communications!

Lovely clean flat in a highly convenient location. The bedroom is very large and the kitchen is really well equipped. Parking is easy and it’s walking distance to everything in the town centre. Nice and quiet at night too.
