It was wonderful staying at Samantha and John's Private Studio Apt in West Concord, and a pleasure meeting them in person. The space is very clean and serene, and the big window in the studio - facing their beautiful backyard - is to die for. Samantha and John are proactive in their communication, very responsive, and very accommodating. Thank you, Samantha and John!

Samantha’s place was perfect for my visit. Close to town and the great rail trail. Beautiful setting and a perfect place for a stay. As a fellow Airbnb host I highly recommend!!

Pros: Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Owner responsive. Cons: Bedding-Dingy looking and comforter had large stain, pillows were standard size with king size pillowcases. Kitchen-No kitchen cloths so we asked for some, response was that there were paper towels or some sponges in lower cabinets (sponges were unwrapped and in cleaning supplies bucket, we did not use). Seems like there would be clean dish cloths for guest use since guest are asked to wash and put away dishes before departure-made us leary about the cleanliness of the dishes. Heating-Cold outside and thermostat kept resetting to 55 degrees? Owners couldn't correct this so we were told to use the split unit; bathroom was continuously cold. Bathroom Toilet fill valve is even with top of tank; after flushing a lot of water would leak behind toilet (device behind toilet sounded an alarm when wet, not sure what this does because you have to flush?). Blow dryer-directed to use plug in closet, has to sit on the floor.

This cozy spot was perfect for our needs -- a quiet, comfortable place to sleep close to where our kids are living. The stunning back yard view was a bonus!

Samantha has a beautiful home with a lovely back yard that we sat in under the trees. Located conveniently to Main St Concord and all of the historic sites and some very good restaurants. Quick drive to Boston Logan Airport. I would definitely stay again!
