What a wonderful place to spend our time near Girona. There was so much more room that the two of us required but it was nice to have space after being cramped in small hotels or apartments the rest of our trip! They were kind enough to let us use the laundry facilities which came in handy so we could pack light knowing we'd have a place to freshen up. Maria went out of her way to make sure everything was OK with our stay and we are grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. We pinned the location on google maps prior to arrival and we drove directly to the correct location. A few potholes in the road but it's best to drive slow anyhow and enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding their home!

María Rosa ha sido muy amable con nosotros en todo momento, la casa es tal como se indica en el anuncio y viene muy completa de menaje, toallas , sillas, jabones…

I chose Maria Rosa’s place for my three week cycling camp because it was a reasonable distance from Girona, had lots of space, and was such a good price. The house is very easy to find (don’t listen to the negative reviews) if you use common sense, mapping apps, and Maria’s directions. The kitchen had everything you could want for cooking and I never had any problems. The WiFi worked beautifully the whole time. The house is an easy drive to the grocery stores in Bescanó or Anglès and a perfect warmup of 35 minute bike ride to the Pont de Pedra meeting point in Girona. I was alone but there is plenty of room for at least 4-5 people. Just be aware there is only one bathroom. Having access to a washer and dryer was also fantastic and Maria’s helper is in the house next door to fix any issues. He came right away if I needed help. The best part is the peacefulness of the location. You are alone in the Spanish hills away from it all. I would stay here again.

Maison agréable et calme ! Un peu frais l hiver 😉 on est venu pour faire du vélo sur Santa Coloma et c est un bel endroit pour s y retrouver après une bonne journée de VTT, je recommande pour les potes qui font des week-end VTT, c est pas a coté de Santa mais a 10 min en voiture, merci Maria Rosa pour votre réactivité et pour ce séjour. La casa es más bonita en realidad que en las fotos. Las habitaciones son amplias y acogedoras. El salón comedor resulta muy agradable y espacioso para reuniones en grupo. Si hubiera un segundo baño sería perfecto. La zona exterior es bonita y hay muchas opciones para hacer paseos en la naturaleza. La cercanía con Girona también es un plus. Las indicaciones para llegar a la casa fueron claras. Llegando de día, no tuvimos ningún problema para encontrarla. En general tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Tanto la propietaria como los vecinos fueron muy atentos con nosotros en todo momento.
