Situato nella parte nord dell'Umbria, l'agriturismo Pugnano Alto si trova vicino a Assisi, nell'Alta Valle del Tevere, a circa 350 m. s.l.m, e ad un km dalla Toscana. Il casolare è in pietra, ristrutturato nel rispetto dell'ambiente che lo circonda, arredato con cura nei particolari e gestito direttamente dai proprietari. La proprietà offre comfort e servizio di alto livello in un contesto collinare tranquillo e suggestivo. Il casolare è diviso in sei appartamenti di varie metrature che ospitano complessivamente ventiquattro persone. L'agriturismo ha piscina situata in posizione panoramica, silenziosa e baciata dal sole, giardino arredato con barbecue, lavatrice a disposizione degli ospiti, sala breakfast con piccola biblioteca sui luoghi da visitare e internet point. L'agriturismo si raggiunge attraverso strada asfaltata e dista pochi km dal paese dove troverete bar, ristoranti, macelleria, alimentari, banca, farmacia, medico. Located in a northern area of Umbria, the farmhouse Pugnano Alto is near Assisi, in the Upper Tiber Valley, about 350 m. a.s.l., and one km from Tuscany. The house is made of stone, and has been renovated respecting the environment that surrounds it, and furnished with attention to detail and run directly by the owners. The property offers comfort and high level of service in a quiet and picturesque hill area. The house is divided into six apartments of various sizes that accommodate a total of twenty-four people. The farmhouse has a swimming pool situated in panoramic location, quiet and sunny, and furnished garden with barbecue, washing machine available to guests, breakfast room with a small library with information about places to visit and internet point. The farmhouse can be reached by paved road and is a few miles from the village where you will find bars, restaurants, butchers, grocers, bank, pharmacy, doctor.
