Wat a great place. Parking in front of the house,centrally located but not noizy during the night. Borjomi is a nice village and offers many good opportunities to see Vardzia and Rabati castle. Ruso thanks for a great stay!

A lovely flat in a great location right next to the central park. Very clean and Ruso and her husband were great hosts.

Enjoyable time at a great location. This guest house is family friendly. Ruso and Misha we always available for to answer questions and provide support. Guest house is very clean and well cared for.

It was very easy to communicate with the host. The apartment which was very clean and nicely cool on the hot day of September is located a minute walk to the Park, a central location of the town. My wife and I spent two lovely days in Borjomi. If we ever visit it again we definitely will try to stay at the same place.

We had another lovely stay in Ruso's cosy, spotlessly clean apartment. It's the perfect location - in the centre of historic Borjomi near the mineral park but quietly tucked in its own yard. This time we went to Vardzia - the flat is a great base to do this as a day trip. As always Ruso's personal touches made us feel like special guests. We will be back again - thank you Ruso and Mischa!
