Tara is a fantastic host! She was so easy to communicate with and always responded right away. She kept in touch when there was an unexpected weather event to make sure we had everything we needed and was so supportive when we had to change our travel dates due to an unexpected event. Tara’s home is exactly as described. My husband and I both worked remotely with no issues staying connected to the WiFi. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking anything your heart desires. There is a well stocked spice cabinet, some paper items, and things like plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The home is a bit further away from Bath than we expected. (About 25 minutes to the nearest grocery store) but it’s only 5 minutes from the beach which we and our dog really enjoyed everyday. The washing machine was finicky, but Tara knew about the issue and was communicative about it. Overall we think this would be a great place for a long weekend to enjoy Popham Beach and the surrounding area.

Wonderful location for anyone who wants to be around nature. Right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Tara had everything that we needed as far as kitchen gear and there were plenty of linens. Parking spots are labeled. We had a little bit of trouble finding the guest parking, but we were able to find it pretty quickly. We never had to reach out to Tara, she had very clear instructions in the house manual. She was even proactive with some things previous guests mentioned. Really seemed like she wanted you to have a comfortable stay.

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was wonderful. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, quiet, private, and it was easy to drive to all the places we wanted to go to - Maine Maritime Museum, Fort Popham, Popham State Park (such a great beach), Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, LL Bean in Freeport, and more. Highly recommend Tara’s accommodations.

This was such a lovely place just 20 minutes from Bath and minutes driving from Popham Beach. Lots to do within a short driving distance, and felt right at home!
