This place needs maintenance and upgrades! The linoleum in the bathroom outside of the shower is lifting up. ( I rented in September of last year & it was damaged then) The bed is soft and sagging. The quilt & shams on top of the bed smelled unwashed The place smells dank & mildewed The closet has old wire hangers and clutter. If you want to stay in a place that is like an old aunt's basement with all of her old stuff-this is your cup of tea.

This was a great location for me in terms of where I had to commute to while I was there. The place was warm and cozy which was perfect for the weather they were having. It is underneath the main house however the owner is very respectful and quiet. The kitchen was perfect for what I needed and I think it would be a fantastic place especially if the weather was nicer. Will return for sure the owner was friendly and welcoming!

I loved all aspects of Kentfield Haven. Effective communication with France, great location in a quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable living space, quiet and peaceful environment, and excellent parking. The kind of accommodation that when you arrive you instantly feel at home and are ready to begin your vacation.

France is a Wonderfull host! Good directions so easy to find & check in was a breeze. Her cozy place is in a peaceful garden setting. The location is great for easy access to Bay Area. I would definitely stay at her place again!
