Outstanding Hosts! met all our needs and then went above and beyond!. Personally picked us up at Manta airport and saw to everything we could have wanted. Beach was fabulous and total R&R watching the local fishermen do there thing, lunch restaurants very close and would supply takeout of our daily beer if we needed (for our 5 week stay) . only con is the distance to the supermarket but was alleviated by our hosts willingness to drive us into Puerto Viejo or use the bus that ran by every 10-15 minutes. and dirt cheap at 50 cents pp to crucita or $1:50 all the way into Puerto Viejo. The stay was perfect for what we needed, quite, (except weekends when locals flocked to the beach for the same reason we were there) .off the beaten trail and super serene, watching the droves of frigates and pelicans flying north at sunset capped our days perfectly .

Very nice location but quite a ways from the city of Crucita. Make sure you have food with you. Swimming pool is very clean and refreshing. Oswaldo was VERY helpful.

La localización es buena si se busca disfrutar de una playa tranquila. Nos sentimos bastante seguros, Guirlene y su esposo siempre estaban cerca, son personas muy amables y atentas. Sentimos que nuestro auto estaba seguro también. A pesar de lo desolada de la zona, sentimos que no había mayor peligro. Hay pequeños restaurantes cerca de las villas que amablemente ofrecen comida de la zona y a precios muy cómodos. La playa es limpia y tranquila. Sugerimos que para esta villa en particular no se hospeden más de tres o hasta cuatro personas máximo. La villa consta de un sólo espacio, un baño y una pequeña cocina ubicada en un extremo. No es muy cómodo preparar comida o comer dentro por el tamaño del espacio, pero afuera está una zona de parrilladas y más mesas donde se pueden realizar muchas más actividades. La villa está frente a una pequeña piscina que se puede aprovechar mucho, especialmente si se viaja con niños.

Quiet place, transportation by bus is from early morning till 4pm, quiet beach and a combination of open county life and beach. I would stay here again next time around.
