Lily I is beatiful and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment on 2 floors, situated near the historic center of Split in perfect location because it is practically in the center but outside of the city noise. It is equipped with everything what you need for guaranted comfort and relaxation! It is only 150 m from the Diocletian's Palace and 300 m from city´s main promenade Riva. The port and international bus/railway station are only 10 min walking away from the apartment and airport is in about 25 km. The apartment has 62 square meters divided on two floors. Ground floor consists of hallway with the space for you keys, jackets, luggage or similar things, 1x double bedroom and 1x bedroom with 2 single beds. On the first floor there are kitchen and dining area as well as living room area with extandable sofa bed and 1x bathroom. The apartment is equipped with wireless internet, cable TV, air conditioning, functional kitchen with everything what is needed for preparing food or drinks, washing machine and all other requirements for a guaranteed comfort and relaxation.

Great little apartment within easy walking distance of the old town and beaches also walkable or a short bus ride. Zeljko was easy to contact and let us get into the apartment early on our first day so we didn't have to drag our bags around town.
I can highly recomend this apartement. We stayed for 1 week july 2018, nice and clean place and Zeljko is a very good host. There is everything you can need in the apartement. Many towels so you dont need to bring that with you. Only 4-5 minutes walk from Old Town.
A lovely little b'n'b perfectly located for Split, close enough to walk in to the centre, yet just far enough outside not to be too noisy. Very clean and close to local shops, bakers, supermarket etc. Would use again if returning. Great and friendly host, good communication and assistance.
A great place to stay very close to the old city, yet away from all the tourist traffic and noise. Željko was very helpful In suggesting places to see.
Great apartment for traveling couples or families - this place has everything you need in a great location! Spotless and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

The apartment is situated very close to the strict center of the city, Diocletian's Palace, which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list, about 250 meters from it and it is in the old part of town which is combined with newer buildings and which is isolated from the traffic and noise, placed in a peaceful and quiet street. In the neighborhood there is practically everything what you need. There is grocery store, great little bakery, caffe bar, excellent restaurant where is possible to have a great breakfast, lunch or dinner and all that is within 50 meters. All in all this is great place where is possible to just relax and/or have an excellent base for "cruising" over the city.
Except on what is strict center very close so you can reach many places by walking, from this area you can get almost everywhere. Taxi stand as also few city bus stands are very close, about 100 meters from the apartment and it is possible to reach almost every destination in which you are interested from it. Also, there are few rent-a-car and rent-a-bike/scooter agencies in the center if you need it.
