Rafaella was helpful. She allowed us to drop off our many bags early which freed us to enjoy the city. The apartment is very spacious. You could throw a party in the living room. The location near Santa Croce could not be beat.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated apartment in a prime location in Florence! The apartment has a lovely view of the Arno River and has a great balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with very comfortable beds. I would recommend this apartment as a great place to stay in Florence!

We absolutely loved our apartment in Florence! I selected the apartment for the charm, location and balcony with a view of the river and it lived up to all of that. My family loved the classic ambiance of the apartment with the gorgeous paintings taking us back to another time. We took advantage of enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon wine on the balcony, taking in the view & planning our trip up to the monastery on the far side (it was well worth the walk). The location is ideal being a short walk away from all of the city's highlights. The apartment was as described with all of the essentials one needs for their stay (we put the wine bottle opener to good use). I don't normally comment on beds, but must say these beds were super comfortable providing a good night's sleep. Raffaella was super responsive to my messages and was able to effectively respond back even though my Italian isn't as good as it should be. Thank you! Thanks for a great stay - we hope to return soon!

We had a great stay at Raffaella’s apartment. Nice location near the river, close enough to walk to everything yet still fairly quiet. Close to restaurants, supermarket and attractions

Such a lovely apartment just like the photos We got to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony, perfect! Walkable to everywhere in the city Supermarket across the road We had a great stay thank you
