+Good communication before the check in. +Easy to find +Parking right outside +Plenty of room +Big balcony -There were A LOT of hair on the sheets!!! -There was unexpected noise from the neighbours (even at 10-11pm) -The house was so cold that we had to wear a jacket. -The heat was turned off by the building administrator (we should know beforehand). -There is no A/C (!). -One of the 2 bedrooms has 2 single beds instead of a queen size bed, making it hard to sleep if you're solo - there is a gap in the middle -The furniture is full of host's items making you feel weird -Dusty -Used toilet paper -Plastic and dirty chairs on the balcony, I had to use one of my towels to sit on them. -I was asked to leave a 5 star review. Not an honorable thing to do imo, I will leave an unbiased review nonetheless To sum up, the apartment needs a deep cleaning and the host could leave a shampoo/bottle of water for the guests. Make sure you bring some warm clothes. Rank: 2.9/5

The host was great at communicating before booking and after. The location was fabulous. The home wasn't cleaned very well and is need of a deep clean, and there is no shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided, no cleaning products and only one roll of toilet roll. There are also no board games, bikes or a dedicated workspace (there is a nice table in the lounge to work from, but with no plug access). Would have been perfect if it was cleaner and the listing accurate

Δεύτερη φορά στο ιδιο σπιτι στην αφιξη μου στην Αθήνα. Δεν ειναι καθολου τυχαιο αυτο. Ολα υπεροχα οπως την πρωτη φορα και ειμαι σιγουρος πως θα ειναι το ιδιο και τις επόμενες φορές.

Ο Δημητρης εξαιρετικος και ευγενεστατος.Το σπιτι καθαρο,απολυτως προσεγμενο και σε μια ιδανικη γειτονια..Τα καλυτερα!!!
