This remarkable 235 m2 house with 1000 m2 garden and 22 m2 pool is located in a small village in the proximity of the West coast of the Istrian peninsula, and already at first glance revives the charm of known Istrian stone, used to build many famous constructions some even dating back to Roman times. In the house you can feel a breath of antiquity and traditional values, creating a nostalgic and warm sensation. The feeling of home and calmness spreading throughout the rooms is created by the greatest friends of rustic style, stone and wood. Elegant curtains and bed covers create a noble and respectable ambiance applied to all three rooms. The different colors of walls in rooms, as well as dominant colors in their related bathrooms, are dedicated to the oldest residents of this house's garden: the oak tree, the olive and the orchid, with their combined harmony offering a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a vacation. Nothing can replace the beauty of the fire, and even though you will most likely experience this house only in the summer, it doesn't mean that one winter evening you will not have the opportunity to indulge in the smells and crackling sounds of the wood burning in the fireplace, after a swim in the salty water pool in front of the house.
