Good location, plenty things to do. Close to a lot of food and services. A little far to walk to places, but easy drive. Good parking lot, no problems. House is very well stocked with beach chairs, and sand toys for small kids. Kitchen had all necessary items. Only used the pool and hot tub once , but had a good time, plenty of chairs available. Would love to return in the future.

When 3 families with 5 kids under 5 decide to take a trip together and stay at the same house, housing options are limited. However this house worked out perfectly. Even though it is a townhome, we never felt on top of each other and were able to handle multiple bedtimes/wakeups without disruption to others. The rooms were spacious with more than enough room to set up pack n plays and the backyard patio was large enough for 6 adults to comfortably hang after the kids in the loft went to bed. Kelli had so many items at the house that made our trip easier including multiple pack n plays, beach toys, beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear. The kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to take advantage of eating the majority of the meals in. The KOA resort itself has a lot of options to keep entertained while younger kids nap and while the location itself isn’t the most beautiful, you can walk across the street to a fairly quiet beach to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelli's place. The beach was right across the street and the pool on location was really nice. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and more. The grills were a little bit of a walk, but very clean. Kelli had lots of beach/pool toys for kids which was really nice. It was in walking distance of several nice restaurants but far enough away to be quiet at night. We all had a wonderful vacation!
