The place was perfect. Location is right next to the beach and Freo, the price was extremely reasonable, and the actual accommodation set-up was top notch.

We loved this house. Perfect beach shack vibe with a lovely deck, beautiful outlook, sooo close to South Beach and all the cool stuff at south Freo. Right near a bus stop into Freo proper and super close to the supermarket. The house has great holiday charm, comfy beds, and lots of stuff catering for families. We will come again!

You could not beat Melanie’s place for location! Quiet neighborhood, Walking distance to the beach ,great restaurants and supermarkets if you want to do your own cooking. The house is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials and looked like a perfect stove to cook on. The house was very comfortable for my adult family and the back cottage was a nice little getaway from the main area if you desire. Melanie was very accessible for a minor problem which she acted on promptly! I would thoroughly recommend a stay there .

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Like the coziness of the place. Like the wooden kitchen table top. Melanie was proactive to offer us the use of the studio with air conditioning when there was a surge in the weather temperature. Appreciate the thought. I went with my elderly parents. The place is elderly friendly as it’s single storey and there are chairs and grab bars in the toilets. Location is good with many good restaurants to choose from within a 10min drive.

We had a lovely stay as a family in the little gem. The family felt right at home and relaxed into holiday mode with ease. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and cafes with and out door shower to wash off the sand from the afternoon swims. We couldn’t have asked for much more. Melanie was very responsive and gave assistance when needed. Thank you.
