Villa Pacifica at Paradise Breezes is a beautiful modern 4 BR, 3.5 BAT Pacifica- Spectacular Views, On-site Staff, Gated Community-Paved Road Access Bathroom, 1 level home & is nestled in the rain forest of Costa Rica. It is about 400 feet above the Pacifica Ocean, with far reaching ocean and jungle views. As you drive up you will notice a private car port and a stone staircase that leads up to your home. Villa Pacifica is now the first home at Paradise Breezes to have solar powered electricity!. This is a renewable and sustainable source of energy and has zero negative effect on the environment. The inside living space is open with living room, kitchen, and dining room. It provides beautiful views to the ocean and jungle. The 2 master bedrooms with king size beds have ocean & jungle views with double vanities and double shower heads. The third and fourth bedrooms with queen size beds face the jungle. The 2 master have private bathroom, 3rd and 4th bedrooms share 1 complete bathroom. There is a covered patio with outdoor living to watch those amazing sunsets over the Pacific. There you will find a gas BBQ grill. From the patio you can also enjoy the frequent toucan visits. The home has lush professional landscaping with gardens which attract many different types of hummingbirds and butterflies. There is even a bird feeding station! The private infinity pool has ocean and jungle views. Relax in your own jungle Jacuzzi while watching the hummingbirds and butterflies all around you. In- home laundry service is available. A security deposit will be required at the check in moment. In an effort to maintain the beauty and care of our garden and pool, this villa receives maintenance for both on Mondays and Thursdays. Our crew will try to complete the tasks quickly and efficiently, so that your stay is not interrupted.

Nice place with excellent views to the Pacific.
A stunning house in the perfect location! This was a great spot from which to explore this part of the coast. As other reviewers have said, the drive to the property is steep but paved, and there is a long set of stairs from the parking spot to the house. The house is beautifully decorated and has all of the appliances you'll need. The property manager was available when we needed him and gave us great recommendations to local restaurants. We'd stay here again!
Great views and place!
Saw monkeys, toucans, and agouti from the deck/pool. Yes you can hear road noise sometimes but you can also hear waves breaking on the beach. Beautiful view of the pacific. The Soda by the entrance serves delicious food and you can walk to it if you don’t mind hills. Great value for my extended family.
Our family stayed for 6 nights. We were able to do a lot in the area with our rental car. The house is in a private community with security. The view to the ocean is nicer in person. We had lots of humming birds visit and toucans in the distance. Everything worked well. Esteban the host was great. We would recommend the house.

Located in a quiet & secure gated community, 2 minutes up a beautifully landscaped paved and lighted road. Abundant wildlife includes sloths, toucans, aracaris, monkeys, iguanas, hawks, colorful frogs, and iguanas.
Dominical with all of it's varied restaurants, surfing beach, supermarket, and gift shops, is a short 6 minute drive away. Manuel Antonio is about 40 minutes away.
Hacienda Baru with it's nature preserve and zip lines in only 3 minutes away.
There are 3 pristine beaches within a 5-10 minute radius.
For your convenience there is a Tico restaurant at the bottom of the hill.
We have an office within walking distance of the villas where you will find our Property Manager, Concierge and Maintenance Manager. Having our own maintenance staff insures your villa and its amenities are always in perfect working order.

Near the Villa is Dominical and other beaches perfect for those looking to relax or those looking to surf. Located on Costa Rica’s amazingly beautiful South Pacific coastline, the small village of Dominical is a hidden paradise with something for everyone. There are shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, and some amazing natural scenery and adventures. Dominical is known to have some of the best surf in the country, but it also has easy access to two amazing national parks (Manuel Antonio and Marino Ballena), some breathtaking waterfalls, great rivers for rafting, and many other great natural adventure tours. With its stunning backdrop of lush green forests and palm trees, this beach is also a great place to bird watch or take a canopy tour of the surrounding locale. There are many other outdoor activities to take part in while in the Dominical area such as hiking, horseback riding, ATV tours, snorkeling trips and kayaking.
Private shuttle service and car rental available.
We can arrange for our shuttle service to be waiting for you at the airport as soon as you arrive in the country (this is especially reccomended if it is your first visit to Costa Rica). Once comfortably settled in your luxury villa, you will require motor vehicle for transportation while in the area.
Our Concierge can have your rental cars ready at the villas for your convenience. We can also help arrange for a private driver to be at your disposal for the entire trip. Also he can arrange for taxi service when needed.

Was born in San Isidro Costa Rica. He is a Systems Engineer, Computer maintenance technician and Business Administration professional. Esteban ultimately went into the hospitality industry and property management business and has over 10 years of experience. In October 2010, the Costa Rican Professional Tourism Association acknowledged him as a Professional in Tourism after fulfilling their educational and work requirements. Also he is a professor in the International University San Isidro Labrador and Castro Carazo University and has been General Manager of Paradise Management since September 2011 and is a Partner in Paradise Management. Over 10 years of experience as a Property Management Company managing homes, private apartments, fitness centers and Homeowner Associations.
